Cooperation principles

Acceptance of achievable assignments only

In order to evaluate the achievability of an assignment, detailed information about your company and last, but not least, reasons that led you to decision to hire a new manager is necessary.

Confidentiality of shared information and identity

We usually work with sensitive client's information like economic results, corporate strategy or identity. These information are never shared without your prior approval.

Exclusivity

It is important to monitor which candidates were contacted. We consider it unprofessional, if a candidate or some of his/her colleagues is contacted with the same offer by other recruitment company.

Off-limits

We don't approach your employees as potential candidates for our other executive search projects in next 12 months after closing of the last assignment.

We insist on set demands

If there is a problem to attract suitable candidates we will inform you of the reasons and will alter the profile only after your approval.
