Our client is a part of large international holding and investment company that is active mainly in Eastern Europe, North America and Russia. Investments portfolio includes residential neighbourhoods, shopping malls and income-producing properties.

Our client is present in Czech republic since 1997. It focuses in real estate investment and development, with portfolio consisting of residential, retail and logistics project.

The company invested in the CEE region in most of the segments in the real estate market and completed projects for Offices, Storage, Commercial and Retail. The group has an interest to extend its investment in the CEE during the coming years.

The position will be responsible also for:

• Searching for new tenants, both via agents and direct contacts and internal leads
• Instigation and leading of lease negotiations with potential tenants
• Building up and maintaining good relations to all tenants, potential tenants and lease agents
• Marketing and promoting of the project in cooperation with marketing department
• Cooperating with legal and technical departments.

Over all goals are to achieve full rent of the assigned projects in short time period and assure its long term profitability, supported by various Sales activities, driven by Sales manager.

Profile

• Likely Czech or Slovak nationality
• Man or woman
• Likely 25 – 35 years old, but the search is not limited by this range
• Knowledge of local real estate office market
• Minimum 2 years of experience with marketing and leasing in commercial or office real estates
• Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance or supervision
• Demonstrates professionalism at all times
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Highly motivated self-starter
• Ability to relate easily with different type of partners
• Open minded, flexible, full of energy, integrity and loyalty
• Ability to communicate in English.
