Application Manager
Our client is dynamic IT firm, which develops products for planning, reporting or finacial consolidation. We are seachig for an Application/Product Manager, who will play a key role in supporting and enhancing established financial consolidation products. In this application-focused position, you will work directly with the product on a daily basis, providing expert guidance to users, resolving application-related challenges, preparing tailored demonstrations, and contributing to smooth product updates and improvements.
Main responsibilities
- Testing new features, updates, and application functionality to ensure reliability and quality
- Creating and updating clear, user-oriented documentation and knowledge resources
- Building and maintaining demo environments, and delivering product demonstrations to prospects and clients
- Investigating and analyzing reported application issues from consultants, business partners, and end-users
- Reproducing problems in controlled test setups to support efficient resolution
- Providing day-to-day application support and guidance to implementation consultants, business partners, and sales teams
- Assisting in preparation and validation activities for new software releases
- Supporting localization efforts, including translation and adaptation of the application interface (e.g., into Czech and additional languages)
- Proactively suggesting enhancements to the product, user experience, and internal processes
- Contributing to requirements gathering and functional definition for upcoming features
What we are looking for?
- Practical experience with application implementation, support, or software configuration (experience in enterprise software is a plus)
- Strong ability to create well-structured, easy-to-understand documentation and training materials
- Attention to detail combined with good sense for user experience, usability, and intuitive design
- Proactive, communicative approach and enjoyment of working at the intersection of technology, finance, and customer needs
- Familiarity with financial consolidation processesis highly advantageous
