Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs to design and recommend solutions in planning or forecasting
• Design in co-operation with colleagues solutions within SAP Analytics Cloud environments
• Manage implementation projects, guiding them from concept through post-launch support
• Lead client workshops to define requirements, demonstrate prototypes, and collect feedback
• Diagnose and resolve potential issues in close collaboration with key stakeholders
• Build relationships with both technical and non-technical clients to promote adoption
• Handle related tasks and projects that ensure smooth deployments and continuous improvements
• The position will require intensive product training and continuous learning

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years in controlling, forecasting, workforce planning, or similarly focused role
• Familiarity with enterprise planning tools (e.g., SAP BPC/Analytics Cloud, IBM Planning Analytics, Oracle EPM, Salesforce, Teradata etc.)
• Hands-on experience with enterprise performance management (EPM) tools
• Agile project experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken form
• Knowledge of data modeling and BI concepts is advantageous
• Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skill set
• Flexibility to travel occasionally
• Advanced English proficiency
