The Leasing Manager will be responsible for establishing, improving and maintaining relations to all tenants, potential tenants and lease agents.
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for:
- Searching for new occupiers, both via agents and direct contacts/internal leads
- Instigation and leading of lease negotiations with potential occupiers
- Managing relationships with external marketing and leasing advisors
- Devising and implementing marketing strategies, both for individual projects and on corporate level
- Arranging the production of marketing materials.
Profile
- Male or female
- Likely 30-45 years old
- Fluent Engliss
- University degree expected
- Minimum 3 years of real estate experience; experience with marketing and leasing of commercial real estate, ideally logistics or industrial buildings preferred
- Very good negotiation abilities
- Proven ability to relate easily with different type of partners
- Open minded, flexible, full of energy, integrity and loyalty
- Builds strong & collaborative relationships (interacting openly and in productive manner, developing effective relationships with team)
- Communicates with impact
