Our client is a part of large international holding and investment company that is active mainly in Eastern Europe, North America and Russia. Investments portfolio includes residential neighbourhoods, shopping malls and income-producing properties.

Our client is present in Czech republic since 1997. It focuses in real estate investment and development, with portfolio consisting of residential, retail and logistics project.

The firm is looking for a Shopping Mall Manager for the shopping mall located in Prague, who will be reporting to General manager of clients companies holding in the Czech republic and will be responsible for a team of 5 people.

The position will be responsible also for:

• Full management and responsibility for financial results of the Shopping Mall;
• Assuring continuous attractivity of the Shopping Mall for tenants and customers through commercial and marketing activities;
• Handling relationships with tenants and service suppliers;
• Co-ordination of respective departments (operations, marketing, corporate finance).

Over all goals are to maintain full rent of the Shopping Mall and assure its long term profitability, supported by various commercial and marketing activities, driven by the Shopping Mall Manager.

Profile

• Czech nationality;
• Male or female;
• 35 – 45 years old, but the search is not limited by this range;
• Spoken and written English on advanced level;
• University degree in economy/business, marketing specialization is an advantage;
• 5 years experience in shopping mall management or retail chain preferred experience with operations and marketing management required;
• Advanced communication, negotiation and leadership skills;
• Independent, a self-starter and business developer;
• Appropriate PC skills (MS Office).
