Acquisition Manager
Role
Our client is a leading international developer and investor in commercial, logistics and industrial properties, operating in Europe and North America. The company uses an innovative client-focused approach, offering state-of-the-art logistics solutions that reduce the end-user’s total cost per m3 of warehouse volume. Every warehouse meets the needs and specifications of its end-user while securing the financial value of the building.
Our client is able to offer clients’ logistics real-estate rental solutions combined with the security of the company’s long-term ownership and management of each development.
The position will be responsible also for:
- Identifying, negotiating and acquiring sites suitable for sound real estate developments, having in mind the return on investment of each deal
- Exploiting an established network of investors, developers and agents
- Negotiating with local and state authorities and other 3rd parties involved so as to ensure the conclusion of successful deals
- Managing external legal and financial advisors during the acquisition
- Preparing feasibility studies, organizing and supervising research on property/land markets.
Profile
- Czech nationality;
- Male or female
- Likely between 30 - 40 years old, but we will not limit our search by this range
- Fluent English is required
- University degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience on similar role
- A natural communicator, he/she should be self-motivated and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Influence and negotiate skills
- Open minded, flexible, full of energy, integrity and loyalty
- Make decisions and recommendations on complex issues with considerable independence and by appropriately interpreting policies, procedures, and laws in force
- Make substantive recommendations to management
- Apply knowledge of principles, practices, techniques and laws related to specialty area of complex or litigated decisions, real estate, contracts, etc.
