• Work with clients to understand their business needs and objectives and define and implement appropriate analytical and planning tools, that meet those needs.
• Identify and define KPIs to measure and track business performance.
• Evaluate and optimize existing business processes for greater efficiency.
• Recommend tools and technologies to enhance planning and decision-making.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and drive collaboration.
• Adjust strategies as needed based on evolving business conditions.
• Provide expert guidance, insights, and training to clients and their teams.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, and documentation to ensure transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of a tools such as SAP SAC, SAP BPC, SAP BW, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Proven experience in business consulting, strategic planning, or financial analysis.
• Understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to lead workshops, present to stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements, if required.
