Role
We are searching for a Business Development Manager for Central and Eastern Europe. Successful candidate will develop and manage the business with existing and new clients. Position is located in Prague office, however it can be performed remotely, with occasional travels.
The successful candidate will fulfil the following responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous development of existing accounts and penetration of new accounts, territories etc.
- Bring and develop new business opportunities in co-operation with pre-sales team
- Work closely with the Service and Software Development team to offer/quote the appropriate product and services to the current customers
- Make decisions regarding prospect qualification, pricing, conflict management and the development of procedures impacting solution delivery
- Understanding of the business model, products and services to be sold
- Reaching the financial targets
- Preparation of an accurate monthly forecast
Profile
- Proven successful track record in IT solutions sales for at least 5 years; experience and existing contacts within banking industry preferred
- Understanding of business issues and indicators (revenue, P&L)
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong business ability, with a hands-on approach and understanding the trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced negotiation skills, ability to influence
- Experience in a multinational company is preferable, but not mandatory
- Team-player, ability to be part of dynamic team
- Advanced English
