Our client is an investor with Scandinavian origin. The firm invests in high-speed internet access network for customers in the Czech Republic. It closely co-operates with municipalities of the areas with bad coverage and access to internet connection and offers full investment (which is usually tens of millions of CZK) to deliver optical fibre to the area. It also closely co-operates and does business with nation wide as well as local telecommunication operators to provide access to reliable and speedy internet connection for their customers in the respective area, from local residents to businesses.

We are searching for a Controlling and Reporting Manager, who would be solely responsible for complete controlling and reporting agenda:

• Conduct monthly and other periodic revenue and costs variance analysis between actuals and forecasts and direct corrective action where necessary in a timely manner
• Prepare other regular (monthly, yearly) and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis
• Prepare financial statements and projections
• Reconcile accounting model and accounting entries
• Co-operate with product and sales manager on product pricing (product cost and profit analysis)
• Recommend changes that will improve the company financial performance and financial controls
• Ensure on time and accurate submission of all management reports to all stakeholders
• Budget preparation
• Liaising with external auditors as required
• Liaising with foreign investors

Profile

• At least 5 years of working experience in financial controlling and reporting position, preferably in an international company
• Experience in telecommunication/network provider is a strong advantage
• Very good knowledge of Czech and IFRS standards
• Experience working with BI/analytical tools
• Analytical, precise
• Good communication skills
